Staff are very nice, cleaning did well. It's quite inconvenience for travellers with suitcase cos it need to walk up stairs and then take lift to their receiption. Not easy to find.
The first room I was given had a window that couldn't be shut properly. Outside was a noisy construction site, and the carpet was just cleaned - soaking wet. I was astonished by the condition of the room, and immediately asked for another room. The new room is away from the construction site, the window could shut properly, but there is no washing machine. The receptionist offered for their housekeeper to take my washing away and return them after being washed. They did that twice during my 5-day stay. There was nothing in the kitchen - not even a cup when i arrived, though there is a fully equipped kitchen. However, everything was delivered at my request. I have to say the staff was very helpful, but the way it was managed was problematic.
Apart from the above mentioned problems, the bed was very hard - feels like sleeping on a hard board. It was a queen-sized bed, but the duvet was only double-sized, i think, hardly cover teh whole bed. When my husband and I slept, we had to fight for the duvet. After making a complaint the next day, we were offered another duvet. that solved the problem, but not so elegantly.
